As a Permanent Semiconductor Test Technician, you will be a part of our dynamic and innovative engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor devices. This position involves working with a variety of advanced technologies and equipment, providing an exciting opportunity for those passionate about the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PCBs, circuit boards, SMT, and SMT replacement. You will be expected to conduct thorough testing and analysis, contributing to the development of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform testing and troubleshooting of semiconductor devices using advanced equipment.
2. Handle SMT and SMT replacement tasks efficiently.
3. Ensure the quality of solder prints and conduct reflow processes.
4. Utilize your knowledge of "C" in the testing and debugging of devices.
5. Perform masking, epoxy application, and coating tasks to ensure the durability and longevity of our products.
6. Assemble pcba and handle kitting operations effectively.
7. Carry out wiring and soldering tasks, ensuring the proper functioning of our devices.
8. Develop and maintain documentation of all testing procedures and results.
9. Collaborate with the engineering team in the development and improvement of testing procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in all tasks.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the engineering industry.
2. Proficient in PCB, circuit boards, SMT, and SMT replacement.
3. Experience in solder print and reflow processes.
4. Strong knowledge of "C".
5. Proven experience in masking, epoxy application, and coating.
6. Hands-on experience with pcba, kitting, wiring, and soldering.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
11. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
