Responsibilities:
1. Lead the SAP application support team, ensuring effective and efficient resolution of application issues.
2. Monitor and maintain the efficiency of the SAP applications, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing improvements.
3. Support the SAP supply chain and manufacturing modules, providing expert advice and guidance to the team.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of legacy ERP systems and utilize this knowledge to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our current systems.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
6. Develop and implement robust application management strategies, ensuring the stability and reliability of our SAP applications.
7. Provide training and support to team members, enhancing their understanding and use of SAP applications.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in managing SAP applications, particularly in the supply chain and manufacturing modules.
3. Proven experience with legacy ERP systems.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and managing technical teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving application issues promptly and efficiently.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. A deep understanding of application management principles and best practices.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
