Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our fast-paced . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications to enhance our business processes and improve our customer experience. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to our company's overall success.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
2. Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications.
3. Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
4. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
5. Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
6. Monitor Salesforce.com usage for compliance and maintain security for Salesforce.com data.
7. Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products.
8. Implement App Exchange platforms.
9. Research and development of new Salesforce.com prototypes and applications.
10. Research and keep current on Salesforce.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including detailed knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
4. Solid understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
5. Proficiency in UI, Salesforce, and C#.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
7. Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
8. Ability to perform Salesforce.com administration (create accounts, profiles, understand custom objects, fields, record types, reports, and dashboards).
9. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
10. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
