We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the industrial cleaning industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. The role will involve nurturing client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and implementing sales strategies to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
2. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
3. Implement effective sales strategies to identify potential customers, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's profitability.
4. Provide regular feedback to the management team about market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand product features and benefits, and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
6. Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay current on industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of clients.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
8. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
9. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
