We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the B2B sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing innovative multichannel marketing campaigns. You'll be working with a diverse team of marketers, salespeople, and product managers to drive our business forward. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute multichannel campaigns.
5. Analyze sales statistics and market trends to identify sales opportunities and forecast future sales.
6. Coordinate with the product team to ensure product availability and delivery as per customer requirements.
7. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the game.
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
9. Train and mentor sales team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
10. Report on sales results and provide insights to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally within the B2B sector.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and martech tools.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
8. Experience in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
