We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Sales Manager to join our team in the Food Industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the food industry, a passion for flavors, and a proven track record in sales. If you are a sales strategist with a knack for identifying new business opportunities and a passion for food, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line.
2. Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the food industry.
3. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
4. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
5. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
8. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
9. Understand and promote company programs.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to drive sales.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Sales Manager in the food industry.
2. Proven track record in prospecting, account management, and client relationships.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
4. In-depth knowledge of the food industry and its current events.
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
7. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
8. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
9. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
10. A strong understanding and passion for different flavors and food products.
11. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
