Are you a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for healthcare and life sciences? Do you have a knack for prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals? We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and driven Head of US Sales to join our team. This permanent, full-time position is a unique opportunity to take the lead in driving our sales strategy within the healthcare and life sciences sectors in the US.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of US Sales - Healthcare & Life Sciences, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our healthcare and life sciences portfolio.
2. Identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
3. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
4. Managing and growing key accounts, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Leading territory management efforts, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
7. Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
8. Staying abreast of industry trends, market challenges, and competitor activity in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
2. Demonstrated experience in direct sales, enterprise sales, and territory sales.
3. A hunter mentality, with exceptional skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
4. Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Proficient in developing and executing GTM strategies.
6. Experience in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. A deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly as it relates to healthcare and life sciences.
9. The ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and other events.
