We are seeking a dynamic Permanent Sales Consultant with a focus on Philanthropic Accounting in the Non-Profit sector to join our growing team. This role is integral to our company's success, as you will be the bridge between our sales team and our clients, providing innovative technology solutions through presentations and demonstrations. Your primary goal will be to understand the unique financial challenges faced by non-profits and deliver tailored accounting solutions that empower them to focus on their mission, rather than their financial complexities. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with non-profit organizations to understand their financial needs and challenges.
• Develop and present our customized accounting technology solutions that address these needs and drive efficiency.
• Deliver exemplary presentations at Conferences, Workshops, Webinars, and internal company meetings.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver the technical features, competitive advantages, and business benefits of our fund accounting solutions.
• Leverage your accounting and financial expertise to provide consultative guidance and support to non-profit clients.
• Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in philanthropic accounting.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all things accounting and technology.

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years' accounting experience within the philanthropic sector or experience as a pre-sales engineer for an accounting software application
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related fields preferred
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of internal workings and relationships of different-sized community and other foundations
• Knowledge of, or experience in, change management and business process reengineering methodologies
• Comfortable with heavy client contact and initiating and building relationships with prospects, partners and clients
• Proven ability to engage effectively at the executive level
• Detail-oriented, well organized and driven in making a positive impact to the business and industry, while leading and motivating others
• Friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanor
• Engaging and knowledgeable presentations
• Appetite for continuous improvement and learning
• Desire to travel: approximately 30-50% may be required
