Sales Account Executive (Roofing)

A rapidly growing roofing services company in the Northwest. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for growing as an individual and as a team, to join our Commercial Roofing Division in Spokane, WA!

This critical role provides excellent coordination and communication with all team members including customers/clients, sales personnel, estimators and project teams to ensure each project is administratively complete. You can expect an active, fast-paced workday where multi-tasking is essential. The goal is to provide ongoing project management, submittals, and cost control detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Development of key target customer lists
Regular interfacing with prospective customers
Schedule and hold Discovery meetings with prospective customers
Schedule and hold Development meetings with existing customer
Schedule and hold Influencer meetings (networking)
Work with and communicate customer needs with our Estimating Team with a focus on solutions that meets our customers needs
Develop customer centric solutions and competitive pricing to customers while guiding them towards closing the sale


Skills/Experience Required

3 + years of experience in outside sales with proven track record of success
Previous experience in the roofing or construction industries a plus!
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to quickly gain confidence of customers
Solutions focused when problem solving and perseverance when dealing with obstacles
Ability to communicate effectively while guiding the customer to closing the sale
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in technology across multiple software, CRM preferred
