The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all routing logistics operations to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a knack for developing and implementing innovative logistics solutions, integrating new systems, and proficient in data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all Routing Coordinators

• Develop, implement, and manage logistics plans to enhance operational efficiency

• Oversee the routing team performance

• Prepare and maintain efficient routes for customer satisfaction.

• Regularly produce detailed and accurate logistics metrics reports

• Manage the implementation and integration of new logistics systems and software to optimize operations.

• Plan and adapt logistics operations based on weather conditions and other external factors.

• Handle acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.

• Maintain Customer Database, Mapping Software and Treatment Calendars.

• Ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations related to logistics operations.

• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the effective use of logistics software and systems.
