We are on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales representative in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of roofing and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company. Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Manage pipeline of sales from lead through to completed job.
  • Manage pipeline of Accounts Receivable for sold jobs.
  • Assist with the production management of each job sold.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a Sales or Account Management role.
  • Pure hunter mentality in regard to prospecting and developing new customers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer systems.
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent solution selling skills
  • Top level communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Knowledge of CRM’s a plus
  • BS/BA degree a plus
  • Prior roofing experience/roofing sales is required
