Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional with a deep understanding of the construction industry, particularly in roofing projects. This position will oversee both commercial and residential roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be the point person for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Manage commercial and residential roofing projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure all work is being carried out according to plan and to identify any potential issues or risks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated, including project plans, contracts, and financial records.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and standards, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and any potential issues or risks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry, specifically managing roofing projects.
• Proven experience managing both commercial and residential roofing projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and issues effectively, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to oversee all aspects of a project and ensure it is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• Certifications in project management or related field are a plus.
