Are you passionate about the construction industry and have a knack for leadership? Do you have extensive knowledge of Low Slope Roofs, Commercial Roofing Construction, and flat roofs? If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers you the chance to showcase your skills and make a significant impact on our projects.
As a Roofing Foreman, you will be the backbone of our roofing operations. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the roofing team to ensure that all work is done safely, on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
2. Inspecting and assessing roofs for damages or defects, and planning repair strategies.
3. Installing, repairing, and replacing low slope roofs, commercial roofing, and flat roofs.
4. Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and sequence of work.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the roofing or construction industry, with a focus on low slope roofs, commercial/residential roofing construction, and flat roofs.
2. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
3. Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
