We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Specialist to join our team! As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models, developing design solutions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure project success. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including commercial, education, industrial, and institutional buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop design solutions.
• Create construction documents and coordinate with contractors for construction.
• Review and analyze project requirements to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Perform quality control checks on all BIM deliverables.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and design using Revit and other BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of structural design and drafting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
