We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our financial operations and requires a candidate with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management. As our Revenue Cycle Manager, you will oversee all aspects of revenue cycle processes, from patient registration to final payment. Your role will be critical in ensuring our financial stability and continued growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all revenue cycle operations, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and denials management.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, improve cash flow, and increase profitability.
3. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to billing, claims, and denials.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance revenue cycle performance.
6. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to revenue cycle staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of billing and collections processes.
8. Develop and deliver regular reports to senior management on revenue cycle performance and projections.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including billing, claims, and denials.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing revenue cycle operations and improving financial performance.
4. In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, insurance processes, and revenue cycle best practices.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in using revenue cycle management software and other relevant IT systems.
9. Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is a plus.
