Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Restaurant Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of restaurant projects, ensuring that they meet our high standards of functionality, aesthetic appeal, and financial feasibility. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to apply and enhance your skills in restaurant architecture, interior design, and architectural design in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, needs, and budget for the restaurant project.
2. Creating detailed architectural plans and designs for restaurant projects, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
3. Overseeing the construction of restaurant projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the design specifications.
4. Working closely with interior designers to create visually appealing and functional restaurant spaces.
5. Conducting site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of the work.
6. Identifying and resolving any design or construction issues that may arise.
7. Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in restaurant architecture and interior design.
8. Presenting designs and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
9. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
10. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• College degree (Architecture/Civil Engineering/Construction Management) preferred.
• Working knowledge in restaurant architecture and required techniques and materials.
• At least 3 years of commercial restaurant remodel or new-build experience
• Ability to travel up to 60% domestically
