We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LPN to join our team in the senior living industry. As a Resident Service Nurse, you will be responsible to partner with the Resident Service Director to oversee the overall resident experience for our thriving assisted living. You will be assist in the supervising and scheduling of resident service staff, ensuring that they provide the highest quality of care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff and ensure that all resident care is provided in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure that all nursing staff are following the best practices.
• Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and establish appropriate service plans.
• Work closely with the senior management team to ensure that all nursing staff are meeting the needs of our residents.
• Ensure that the nursing staff is following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the nursing staff and provide feedback to help them improve their performance.
• Manage the budget for the nursing department and ensure that all expenses are within the approved budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience with an active LPN license.
• 2+ years direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions., within a senior living facility or assisted living environment preferred.
• Experience managing is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
