We meet with clients in a variety of industries doing groundbreaking research for pharmaceuticals, defense technology, shipbuilding, food and beverage, and more- and help them keep the R&D tax credits they've earned from the IRS. This role in On-site in Houston (near the Galleria) -they will pay to relocate and offer a sign on bonus for attorneys looking to make a move to the growing and dynamic city of Houston!

This is not a spreadsheet tax attorney role- this is litigation on behalf of clients

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

JD and admitted to the bar in any US State plus:

• Litigation experience in any practice area- most of the partners were AmLaw 100 insurance defense attorneys before coming to the firm
• Ability to travel about a week a month ( could be two 2-3 day trips) around the US to client sites
• This is an On-Site role in Houston TX- they will relocate and offer a sign-on bonus
• Ability to build relationships with all different types of clients and defend before the IRS
