Remote Transactional Associate Attorney Commercial Real Estate

Responsibilities and Duties Include: ***Must be a member in good standing of the California Bar to be considered for this role***

• Forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities
• Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
• Representing clients in Commercial acquisitions, financings, Leasing, and commercial real estate transactions
• Drafting and negotiating various agreements

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar
• Strong drafting skills
• Highly team-oriented
• Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred but not required
