As a Remote Tax Manager, you'll be a pivotal figure in our virtual tax landscape, responsible for:

• Directing all aspects of client engagements, from comprehensive tax compliance to insightful advisory services, ensuring the highest caliber of work.
• Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, addressing their unique tax challenges, and introducing innovative planning concepts.
• Taking the reins in supervising and mentoring a team of tax professionals, overseeing their work quality, and nurturing their professional development.
• Playing an active role in our virtual practice development endeavors by attracting new clients, expanding services for existing clients, and contributing to remote team recruitment and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on tax experience, including substantial involvement in technical tax consulting, research, and implementing innovative planning strategies.
• A proven track record of at least 2 years in supervising and guiding a team of direct reports, while maintaining a high standard of work.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a Master's degree as an added advantage.
