Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney Partner to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that will be conducted remotely, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate, commercial, and corporate legal matters, providing high-quality legal solutions to our clients.

Needs to bring a book of business around $800,000- 1 million.
Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Attorney Partner, you will:

1. Provide expert legal support and advice to our clients on a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
2. Handle complex commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
3. Advise clients on estate planning, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Lead and supervise a team of junior attorneys, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
5. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in real estate litigation.
6. Engage in business development activities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in law and industry trends to offer timely and relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on real estate, commercial, and corporate law.
4. Proven track record of handling complex commercial transactions and real estate matters.
5. Strong understanding of estate planning, with the ability to advise clients on complex matters.
6. Excellent negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and supervising junior staff.
8. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in clear, understandable language.
9. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
11. Proficient in legal research software and other related technologies.
