Responsibilities:

As a Remote Contract Manufacturing Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory or market segment for contract manufacturing services.
2. Conducting market research to understand the latest trends in the MedTech industry and identify new sales opportunities.
3. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers while managing and forecasting sales pipeline.
5. Working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.
6. Using your knowledge of TQM to ensure our products and services meet the highest quality standards.
7. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and benefits of our manufacturing services.
8. Providing detailed reports on sales results, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the contract manufacturing sector.
3. Proven track record in EMS and CMO sales, preferably in the MedTech industry.
4. Strong knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and practices.
5. Proficiency in using a spectrometer and other manufacturing tools and equipment.
6. Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
