Job Details

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Permanent Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the reliability of our systems and processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring our systems are running at peak efficiency and are continuously improved.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the lubrication and vibration analysis programs, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Work closely with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement mill fire systems and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with all relevant safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with mill fire systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of lubrication and vibration analysis programs.
