Job Details

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement reliability plans that drive consistency and robustness into our product design and manufacturing processes.
2. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential product failures and their impact on customer satisfaction and business operations.
3. Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to evaluate potential process failure modes and their effects on product performance.
4. Conduct design reviews to ensure product designs meet reliability, safety, and performance requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, to implement reliability best practices.
6. Develop and implement reliability test methods and standards.
7. Analyze reliability data and provide recommendations for product improvements and design changes.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to engineering and manufacturing teams.
9. Develop and deliver reliability training to engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
3. Experience with PFMEA, risk analysis, and design reviews.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in statistical analysis and reliability test methods.
9. Experience with reliability software tools is a plus.
10. Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or similar certification is a plus.
