Reliability Engineer

We are a leading Aluminum Manufacturing company based out of West Virginia. We are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Ravenswood plant. This is a full time onsite position. Responsibilities:

Evaluate and optimize preventive maintenance plans, considering cost-benefit analysis and asset needs.
Create and maintain job plans for assets, both proactive and reactive.
Collaborate with Maintenance Engineer and Stores to ensure availability and adjust stock as needed.
Analyze equipment failure data and recommend changes to maintenance plans in coordination with the Maintenance Engineer.
Incorporate Condition Monitoring data into turnaround planning.
Assist in reliability analysis for equipment modifications and propose performance improvements.
Analyze machinery failure data to enhance reliability and performance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
3-5 Years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance practices.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Effective time management and project coordination abilities.
