Reliability Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.
• 1+ years of experience in a reliability engineering role in a manufacturing or process industry.
• Strong knowledge of reliability tools and methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and RCA.
• Experience in developing and implementing reliability programs.
• Experience in six sigma tools, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

Day-to-day:

• Collaborate with plant engineers, maintenance personnel, machine operators, and plant leadership
• Conduct equipment inspections and monitor performance data to identify areas of improvement
• Develop and monitoring metrics to report effectiveness of reliability programs
• Analyze data and conduct root cause analysis to determine causes of equipment failure and create corrective actions plans
• Review engineering designs to ensure reliability requirements are met
