We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to our patients facing serious illnesses. Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse in our team, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing exceptional palliative and hospice care to patients, focusing on relieving symptoms, and improving the quality of life.
2. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop a personalized care plan for each patient.
3. Administering medications, managing pain and symptoms, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
4. Educating patients and their families about the disease process, potential symptoms, medication management, and self-care techniques.
5. Responding to medical emergencies and providing Basic Life Support (BLS) when necessary.
6. Documenting patient care in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
7. Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A valid Registered Nurse license.
2. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on Palliative Care, Hospice Care, or a related field.
3. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
4. Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
5. Proven experience in providing palliative and hospice care, including pain and symptom management.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle medical emergencies effectively.
8. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
