Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients, ensuring their physical well-being and productivity in the facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including routine check-ups, emergency care, and health consultations.
2. Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle among patients.
3. Collaborate with the human resources team to manage medical leaves and ensure a smooth transition for employees returning from medical leaves.
4. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients.
5. Provide necessary training and education to patients about health and safety practices.
6. Coordinate with healthcare providers for specialized treatments and therapies.
7. Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently, providing CPR/BLS when necessary.
8. Promote a supportive and caring environment to help patients maintain optimal mental and physical health.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
2. Proficient in CPR/BLS techniques and assisted living care.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
6. Experience in developing and implementing health and wellness programs.
7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
8. Proficient in using healthcare software and technology.
9. Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills through professional development activities.
