We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment protocols in line with established best practices.
• Monitor and record patients' conditions, update their medical records, and communicate any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors and provide post-operative care.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary medical team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay current with the latest nursing practices and advancements in the medical field.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Med Surg setting.
• Exceptional clinical skills with an in-depth knowledge of nursing principles, methods, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems and medical software.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if necessary.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain these certifications upon hire.
