Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse with strong critical thinking skills to join our dynamic medical team. This position offers you the opportunity to play a key role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the care of patients, educating patients and their families about various medical conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their family members. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Conduct initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
  • Update and maintain patient records and implement orders for medications and treatments.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
  • Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
  • Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff or healthcare personnel.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, nutritional plans, and medical conditions.
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention advice to patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
  • Participate in professional development activities and maintain awareness of current trends in nursing practice.

Qualifications:

  • Active MA RN License
  • 1+ year related experience preferred, will consider NEW GRADUATE REGISTERED NURSE
  • Exceptional clinical skills, including the ability to work in a high-stress environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
