Architecture firm founded in 2014 is looking for a Registered Architect to join their Dallas office. The firm is growing quickly and adding numerous projects to their portfolio. Main focus is in K-12 education design but will continue to add industries to their portfolio in the up-coming years.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Registered Architect to join our team in the construction industry. As a Registered Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, including K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Hospitals, Clinics, and Commercial buildings. You will be working with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and designs
• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or risks
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and other team members
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve our services and offerings
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Registered Architect with a valid license from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Architect or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Experience working on K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Hospitals, Clinics, and Commercial projects
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
