We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Western Regional Vice President of Construction to join our water treatment industry team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage our construction operations in the Western Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, a proven record of managing large-scale projects, and a passion for the water treatment industry.

Responsibilities

As the Western Regional Vice President of Construction, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all construction operations in the Western Region, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall project performance.
3. Collaborating with other members of the senior management team to set company-wide construction policies and procedures.
4. Negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to construction teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
