Job Description: Regional Sales Manager - Services

Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager - Services plays a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of our Services and Solutions business, focusing on the electrical utilities market across North America. This position is crucial for promoting our innovative utility services and smart grid solutions, aimed at enhancing the reliability and resiliency of the electric grid, with a special emphasis on cable rejuvenation services. The role demands a strategic thinker with a profound understanding of the Utility/Energy industry's needs, capable of leveraging existing relationships and forging new ones to drive sales and growth effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities within the electrical utility market, showcasing our unique value proposition.
Develop comprehensive customer account plans, including executive relationship strategies and coverage plans, and manage account sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Utilize market intelligence and a deep understanding of customer objectives to craft compelling proposals.
Shorten sales cycles, navigate complex decision-making processes, and manage RFP/bid processes as needed.
Foster a leadership persona and collaborate cross-functionally to tailor and propose service solutions based on customer needs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for backgrounds in the Utility or Energy market.
Strong customer relationship skills with a proven ability to influence decisions and close deals.
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts year over year.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
