We are a leading air treatment technology company that is expanding our sales organization rapidly! We've been in business for over 75 years, historically making parts to supply OEMs and evolving to products sold through HVAC distribution.

Currently, our dynamic sales team is hiring for a Regional Sales Manager for our Northeast territory. The candidate can be based in one of the following states (Maine, Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, East Pennsylvania, or New York).

We are looking for a go-getter and someone who is excited to build their book of business and increase market share. You'll work autonomously growing the business in your region, creating a strategic roadmap for the business, schedule meetings, meet with our target audience, and work to expand the existing business in that market. This role is highly rewarding and requires self-motivation, drive, and persistence.   • Candidate must be local to the Northeast of the US and can be based anywhere from Maine to Maryland

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
2. Manage, train, and provide guidance to the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
5. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
6. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
7. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years' experience in regional sales, preferably in the HVAC wholesale distribution and/or IAQ industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
4. Strong knowledge of sales process, principles, and techniques.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
8. Ability to travel as needed.
9. Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
10. Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
