Regional Manager (CEI-CMI)

Responsibilities:
The Permanent Regional Manager (CEI-CMI) will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of the CEI-CMI process, ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
2. Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of engineers and inspectors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Serving as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring that all communications are clear, timely, and professional.
4. Developing and implementing strategic plans for the region, setting goals and objectives, and monitoring progress towards these goals.
5. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out to the highest possible standards.
6. Managing the preparation of project reports and documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
7. Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies as needed.
8. Ensuring that all projects are conducted in a manner that is safe, environmentally responsible, and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the Permanent Regional Manager (CEI-CMI) position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PE) would be an advantage.
2. A minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role in the construction industry, with a specific focus on CEI-CMI.
3. Expert knowledge of DOT regulations and a proven ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
7. A commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of all relevant health and safety regulations.
8. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to oversee projects in the region.
