We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Regional Account Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in a designated region. You will be the main point of contact for all clients in your region, making sure their needs are met and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a multifaceted role that requires a unique blend of sales, customer service, and account management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your region to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, assess their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with other teams within the company, including customer service and product development, to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to our clients.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges within your region.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, sales and customer service, B2B Inside Sales, inside sales, and account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
