Job Details:

Our company is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our operations and requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the construction and restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Xactimate, Mitigation, Remediation, Restoration, Reconstruction, Project Management, Construction Management, Time Management, and Communication. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and play a significant role in the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction and restoration projects from initiation to completion.
• Utilize Xactimate software for estimating and project management.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained.
• Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, including mitigation, remediation, restoration, and reconstruction efforts.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Manage project budget and project resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the construction and restoration industry.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software is a must.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Exceptional ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification would be considered an asset.
