1. Representing and advising clients on a range of real estate matters, including property disputes, boundary issues, and landlord-tenant conflicts.
2. Developing strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
3. Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
4. Providing expert legal advice to clients and colleagues on intricate real estate matters.
5. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
6. Collaborating with our team to implement revenue sharing strategies and ensure the firm's financial success.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a seasoned attorney with a strong background in litigation, particularly in real estate disputes. Key qualifications for this role include:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the New York State Bar.
3. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a senior litigator within the real estate sector.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex real estate disputes.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. A deep understanding of revenue sharing and the ability to contribute to the firm's financial growth.
