We are seeking a partner level candidate with real estate transactions experience to join our Denver office. Candidate must have a book of business. We expect this candidate to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have experience working with sophisticated clients. The right candidate will also have strong complex legal drafting skills and has experience with real estate financing, joint venture deals, real estate development experience, and experience working on commercial real estate transactions.
