Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents and contracts for real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and deeds.
Conduct legal research on real estate and corporate law to support attorneys in their legal matters.
Assist attorneys in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
Assist attorneys in estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Manage and organize legal documents and files related to real estate transactions, corporate transactions, and estate planning matters.
Assist attorneys in corporate governance matters, including drafting corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate governance documents.
Communicate and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of legal matters.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of experience as a transactional paralegal, with a focus on real estate law, corporate transactions, estate planning, and corporate governance.
Certified Paralegal certificate is required.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, corporate law, and estate planning.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple legal matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
