We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team in the role of QuickBooks Specialist/Client Accounting Services Manager. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
6 or more years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) and QuickBooks Online (QBO), including proficiency in payroll, third-party apps, job costing, and foreign currency transactions.
QBD and QBO certifications are mandatory, and experience with QuickBooks Pro Advanced is required.
Must hold a valid CPA certification.
Familiarity with additional tools such as Avalara, Bill.com, Qvinci, Expensify, and Jirav is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
Manage and lead client accounting services with a specialized focus on QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
Utilize expertise in QBD and QBO to handle payroll, third-party applications, job costing, and foreign currency transactions effectively.
Oversee and guide the implementation of QuickBooks Pro Advanced functionalities.
Provide support and mentorship to team members.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
QBD and QBO certifications are mandatory, with experience in QuickBooks Pro Advanced.
Hold a valid CPA certification.
Familiarity with Avalara, Bill.com, Qvinci, Expensify, and Jirav is a plus.
Additional Considerations:

Candidates must have daily access to a vehicle.
Willingness to commute to client locations and any of our three offices, as necessary.
