About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our quality assurance team. The Quality Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Responsibilities:

Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management system requirements and customer specifications.
Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in quality improvement projects and suggesting process enhancements.
Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical certification in Quality Assurance, Engineering Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and tests.
Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and quality assurance principles.
Experience with measurement tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes of quality issues.
