We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Quality Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This permanent position is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a keen eye for quality and a passion for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Quality Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring and evaluating manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential areas of improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures and corrective actions.

4. Analysing quality data and preparing reports to track performance against set quality objectives.

5. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

6. Participating in product design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues.

7. Training staff on quality standards and procedures to foster a culture of quality within the organization.

8. Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality processes, inspections, audits, and quality standards and specifications.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis and report generation.

4. A Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

8. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems would be advantageous.

9. Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) would be a plus.
