Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with ensuring conformance to ASA-100 and AS 9120 requirements and standards with the
direction of the quality department.
2. Actively participate in maintaining the Quality Manuals and all associated documents.
3. Assist with maintaining personal training records and logs
4. Support the Quality Department with customer returns and vendor claims.
5. Work with all departments to ensure units acceptance and release by providing assistance to
resolve any issues as needed.
6. Assist the Quality Department with Vendor Quality Surveys/Audits for vendor approval.
7. Assist the Quality Department with maintaining approved vendor list and vendors’ quality history.
8. Help ensure required publications are kept current.
9. Assist with monthly reports pertaining to the quality department.
10. Maintain company records as required by the quality department.
11. Any other items that the DOQ may delegate in regards to maintaining the Quality System.
Requirements:
1. Positive attitude and attention to detail
2. Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
3. Bachelor degree and / or 3-5 years of related experience
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
