Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product consistency and adherence to manufacturing standards.
2. Collaborate with the production team to identify potential areas for quality improvement in manufacturing processes.
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections of the manufacturing process to identify deviations from quality standards.
4. Use CNC machining knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
5. Train and guide team members on quality control measures to enhance the overall product quality.
6. Coordinate with the quality manager to develop corrective action plans and ensure their successful execution.
7. Maintain documentation of quality control activities and present reports to the management.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and quality control standards.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality specialist role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Solid knowledge of CNC machining, quality assurance, quality control, and quality management systems.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
9. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification would be a plus.
10. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
