The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in creating an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence, through quality sound systems and through upgrading to the latest technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Monitor plant performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
3. Implement and oversee quality management systems to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Supervise and manage all plant operations including production, manufacturing, and maintenance.
5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
6. Manage the use of raw materials and ensure optimal usage.
7. Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility by implementing and enforcing safety regulations.
8. Oversee the hiring, training, and development of plant staff to ensure a high-performance team.
9. Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
10. Maintain a clean and safe plant by adhering to all safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within stamping, machining or metals.
3. Proven experience in quality management, metals, stamping, machining, and continuous improvement.
4. Strong knowledge of industry-specific equipment and operations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other management software.
