Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in the financial manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality management professional to lead and drive quality initiatives and improvements across the organization. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, and quality management systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, process improvement, and risk management, and will be adept at identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall product quality. We are looking for a Quality Manager that has card body (debit or credit card) manufacturing printing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and manage all quality control and assurance activities, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risk, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the application of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate process improvements and enhance product quality.
• Manage and resolve quality-related issues, and implement preventive measures to minimize risk.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of quality standards and requirements.
• Oversee the manufacturing of debit or credit cards, ensuring the highest quality and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management in the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, ISO 45001, and other relevant quality standards.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, process improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality system compliance in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification would be an advantage.
• Experience in debit card manufacturing would be a plus.
