We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our thriving Manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all our processes and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
2. Set QA compliance objectives and ensure targets are achieved.
3. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards.
4. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
6. Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
7. Conduct audits, create audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
8. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adapt and improve products accordingly.
9. Collaborate with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly.
10. Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training.
11. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
4. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality standards.
5. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
6. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
9. Certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) would be a plus.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
