Quality Manager

My client is a leading Aerospace/Defense manufacturer and is GROWING. They are eager to add a Quality Manager to their team who will be responsible for managing and owning the quality management system.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience.

Compensation Up To $120,000 Per Year

The candidate will have the ability to:

·       Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
·       Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
·       Strong ability to Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions

Oversees all aspects of our AS9100 registered quality management system.  Direct all quality and business improvement efforts, such as developing and administrating the quality program, training and coaching employees, and facilitating change throughout the organization.

Responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies and procedures at all levels so quality improvement efforts will meet or exceed internal and external customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsible for dealing directly with customers and suppliers on quality or performance issues.

Manage the quality department and its employees with performance monitoring and reporting.

Responsible for leading and facilitating all quality system customer and internal audits.

Manage all non-conformances to resolution.
