Job Details:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Permanent Quality Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality management within the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the quality management team and ensuring that our products and services meet the high standards that our clients expect. This role will involve a blend of technical, management, and leadership skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, and timescales, to support, contribute to, and integrate within the company's annual business plan and long-term strategy.
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards.
• Lead the quality management team, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and performance.
• Conduct regular audits, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Oversee the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Review current standards and policies, keeping abreast of latest quality management techniques and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business, focusing on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all legal standards are met and maintain a high level of product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with other managers to determine quality goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Organize and manage training sessions for all employees on quality control activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role within the engineering industry.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001, TS16949, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a range of audiences.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in Quality Management or a related field would be an added advantage.
